About Peter
Peter has extensive experience in insolvency law assignments and regularly undertakes assignments as a corporate reorganizer, official receiver in bankruptcy and liquidator. He has broad experience in assignments in a variety of industries, such as retail, manufacturing, construction and software development companies.
Peter assists clients with business law advice and dispute resolution with a particular focus on issues of board liability, corporate law and commercial disputes.
Peter also often undertakes assignments regarding the preparation and interpretation of commercial agreements, shareholder agreements and other contractual law issues.
