Gustav practices as an attorney and primarily accepts appointments as a bankruptcy trustee, corporate reorganizer, and liquidator. Gustav has extensive experience across all types of operations, ranging from small growth companies/startups to multinational groups in most sectors, such as construction/contracting, banking/finance, e-commerce and retail, manufacturing, energy production, tech/digitalization, hotel/restaurant, real estate, healthcare, and transport/logistics.
Gustav is also regularly engaged as counsel in commercial disputes. He has particular experience in credit and insolvency-related disputes, as well as in banking and finance.
