About Nils

Nils is one of Sweden's most reputable reorganization practitioners and bankruptcy trustees, with over 20 years of practical experience in the field. He regularly accepts appointments as a corporate reorganizer, bankruptcy trustee, and liquidator, often in large and complex cases with international connections. He has broad experience in assignments across a variety of industries, including aviation, retail, software development, and manufacturing, and has, among other things, carried out reorganizations in companies with turnovers of up to several billion SEK, as well as significant trading bankruptcies.

Nils regularly assists creditors and other clients with advice in insolvency matters and in relation to counterparties facing financial difficulties. He has particular experience in commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings with insolvency law connections.

Nils lectures regularly in the field of corporate reorganizer and insolvency law. He is also the chairman of TMA Sweden (Turnaround Management Association) and is active within REKON and INSOL.
