Transfer of business operations in the bankruptcy of MQ Retail AB

MQ Retail AB was declared bankrupt on 16 April 2020, with Lars-Henrik Andersson of Cirio Law Firm appointed as bankruptcy trustee.
Advokatfirman Carler, through partners David Rutegård and Peter Eriksson, has, in their capacity as co-trustees in the bankruptcy, represented the bankruptcy estate in the transfer of MQ Retail AB’s business operations.
