ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF PEPSEC AB (PUBL) IN LIQUIDATION

The shareholders of Pepsec AB (publ), reg. no. 559334-0366 (the ”Company”) are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024, at 7:15 AM at the offices of Advokatfirman Carler, Kungsgatan 30, 103 93 Stockholm. Registration for the meeting begins at 06.55.

This Annual General Meeting is held as a matter of form. The Company is being liquidated, and the distribution of the Company’s shareholdings in both Gosol Energy Group AB and Renewable Ventures Nordic AB to the Company’s shareholders will take place during May 2024.

Attached you will find the annual report and auditor’s report, the resignation report and auditor’s report, and the liquidator’s final accounting and auditor’s report, as well as other documents in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act.
