About Malin

Malin practices as an Attorney-at-Law and primarily accepts assignments as a bankruptcy trustee and liquidator, and regularly works with corporate reorganizations. Malin has many years of experience with bankruptcies in all types of businesses such as trade, service companies, and manufacturing industries, as well as operations within restaurant, education, construction, and contracting.

Malin continues to provide commercial legal advice and is regularly engaged as counsel in commercial disputes, with particular experience in directors’ liability, Swedish limited liability company law matters, and credit- and insolvency-related disputes.

Malin also regularly lectures in the field of insolvency law.
