About Dan

Dan is active as an attorney and has, since 2014, worked with general business law, with a particular focus on bankruptcy administration, corporate reorganizers, and liquidations. He regularly undertakes assignments as bankruptcy trustee and liquidator, as well as counsel in various types of commercial matters. He has extensive experience with large and complex assignments across a multitude of industries such as construction, real estate, transport/logistics, restaurant, retail, manufacturing, healthcare/welfare, and start-ups.

Dan continuously assists clients with advice on insolvency-related and business law matters and represents clients in disputes. He also acts as counsel in civil litigation in court and has experience in conducting proceedings in both simpler and more complex cases. He has experience with assignments across a range of different industries and works with both smaller and larger, more complex cases.

Dan regularly lectures on insolvency law.
