Nils is one of Sweden’s most highly regarded restructuring practitioners and insolvency administrators, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field. He is regularly appointed as administrator in business reorganisations, official receiver in bankruptcies and as liquidator, often in large and complex matters with international dimensions. He has broad experience across a wide range of industries, including aviation, retail, software development and manufacturing, and has handled reorganisations of companies with turnovers of several billion Swedish kronor as well as significant trading administrations.

Nils regularly advises creditors and other clients on insolvency matters and in relation to counterparties in financial difficulties. He has particular experience of commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings with an insolvency law dimension.

Nils lectures regularly on business reorganisation and insolvency law. He also serves as Chairman of TMA Sweden (Turnaround Management Association) and is an active member of REKON and INSOL.
