Background

On June 11, 2026, Perforia Group AB, 559541-9267, was declared bankrupt at Södertörn District Court, whereupon attorney Cornelia Berggren was appointed as bankruptcy administrator.

Perforia Group AB (“the Company“) has operated in the moving and cleaning industry and has, during its operational period, offered a wide range of services to private individuals. Through its service offerings, the Company has targeted private customers in need of practical and high-quality solutions for moving and cleaning.

The Company’s services have been offered to private individuals with the help of a proprietary CRM system, developed to facilitate the workflow from incoming customer inquiries to completed services, including contract management, staff planning, and administration of RUT deductions.

The Company’s assets primarily consist of intangible assets in the form of the aforementioned CRM system and a number of domains.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the Company’s assets.

Assets

The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:

a) Proprietary CRM software according to the technical description in Appendix 1

b) Domain rights for the domains
a. nextflytt.se
b. perforia.se
c. stadalgen.se

c) The right to the company’s business name

Reservations

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the scope of the property and to identify any defects and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate provides no warranties regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this tender document or otherwise.

The bankruptcy estate provides no guarantees regarding the possibilities for a buyer to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights takes place at the buyer’s risk.

A takeover of property covered by agreements relating to, for example, rent, leasing or instalment purchase requires the approval of the counterparty to the respective agreement.

The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies in this tender documentation.

Conduct of the Bidding Process

Tenders are primarily accepted for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets. The company’s receivables and liquid assets are not included in the business offered.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit written bids, excluding VAT, for the entire business or parts of the business and its assets. Bids must be received by the bankruptcy administrator, Love Guve, at [email protected] no later than July 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The right to freely consider received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing, as well as the right to extend the tender period.
