We are proud AB (the “Company”) has conducted operations in the advertising and communications industry and has offered services including brand development, communication concepts, graphic design, digital communication, and web development. The Company has also offered services in film and photo production, 3D visualization, social media, content marketing, and the production of materials for trade fairs, events, and retail and interior concepts.
The Company’s operations have encompassed the entire chain from idea, strategy, and creative development to production and delivery. By consolidating these functions within its own operations, the Company has been able to offer customers a cohesive range of services in both traditional and digital marketing and communication.
Among the Company’s customers and clients are, inter alia, Husqvarna, ATG, and Astrid Lindgren’s World. The operations have primarily been conducted from an office and warehouse premises in Vimmerby. In addition, a small number of employees have worked from an office premises in Huskvarna.
The Company’s operations are currently being continued to a certain extent by the bankruptcy estate.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the company’s assets.
Assets
The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:
- Fixtures and fittings, listed in Appendix 1,
Note: Of the fixtures and fittings listed in Appendix 1, additional property, beyond what is expressly stated, may belong to third parties. It is incumbent upon such third parties to evidence a right of separation in the property.
b. Customer register,
c. The right to assume the rights under the company’s existing agreements, for example with customers, suppliers, and the landlord (subject to the counterparty’s approval),
d. Inventory of production and consumable materials, see Appendix 1,
e. Business-related digital material consisting of, inter alia,
1 Digital production material and files from previous customer assignments
2 Graphic material
3 Templates and concepts,
f. Inventory of trade fair, event, and display materials, including, inter alia, parts for exhibition stands, etc.,
Note: The inventory may potentially include materials belonging to the Company’s customers and other third parties. No warranties can be given regarding the right to dispose of the materials.
g. Intangible assets consisting of
1. Trademark registration, Effect Reklambyrå AB, registration number PRV: 545734,
2. The company’s website (proud.se)
3. Domains listed in Appendix 2
Note: Additional domain holdings may occur. The company reportedly administers a large number of the domains on behalf of customers. No guarantees can be given regarding the right to dispose of the domains.
Reservations
The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the scope of the property and to identify any defects and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate provides no warranties regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this tender document or otherwise.
The bankruptcy estate provides no guarantees regarding the possibilities for a buyer to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights takes place at the buyer’s risk.
A takeover of property covered by agreements relating to, for example, rent, leasing or instalment purchase requires the approval of the counterparty to the respective agreement.
The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies in this tender documentation.
Conduct of the Bidding Process
Tenders are primarily accepted for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets. The company’s receivables and liquid assets are not included in the business offered.
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit written bids, exclusive of VAT, for the entire business or parts of the business and its assets. Bids must be received by the bankruptcy administration, through Love Guve, at [email protected] no later than September 4, 2026 at 12.00.
All bids must be financed and payable immediately and must clearly state the bidder’s name and contact details.
The bankruptcy estate reserves the right of free evaluation of received bids as well as the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing and the right to extend the tender period.
