Background
BETA Team Performance AB, 556559-7399, was declared bankrupt on December 12, 2024, and Advokat Gustav Kling has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee. BETA Team Performance AB (“the Company”) has conducted operations in the development of sustainable and profitable corporate cultures through insights and sports-based methods of training and performance. The Company’s business concept is outlined in the presentations prepared by the Company; see Appendix 1. The business is conducted from leased premises (coworking space) at HelioWorks, Sundbybergs Torg 1, 172 67 Sundbyberg.
At the onset of the bankruptcy, the Company’s operations were ongoing, and the Company had 7 employees engaged in various ongoing projects. The Company has approximately 80 corporate customers and an order book for 2025 with confirmed projects corresponding to an order value of approximately SEK 870,000.
The Company has a proprietary system, Beta Performance Index/Flow, through which corporate customers can access the performance surveys conducted by the Company. Through Beta Performance Index/Flow, corporate customers can also receive assistance on how to best utilize the performance surveys conducted by the Company.
The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the business and its assets.
The Business and Its Assets
The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:
a) Equipment etc., primarily listed in Appendix 2
b) Intellectual property in the form of the Company’s proprietary Beta Performance Index/Flow
c) Trademarks and customer registers as well as the domains

d) The right to enter into the company’s existing agreements, e.g., leasing (subject to the counterparty’s approval)
Reservations
The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its current condition (“as is”). It is the responsibility of a buyer to carry out the necessary inspection of the property to clarify, for example, the scope of the property and to detect any potential faults or deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided in this tender document or otherwise.
The bankruptcy estate makes no warranties regarding the buyer’s ability to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. The use of transferred intellectual property rights is at the buyer’s risk.
An assumption of property covered by agreements regarding, for example, rent, leasing, or installment plans requires the approval of the counterparty in each respective agreement.
Conduct of the Bidding Process
Tenders are primarily accepted for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets.
Written tenders, excluding VAT, regarding the business or parts of the business/assets, must be received by the bankruptcy administration via Carl Widstrand at [email protected] no later than December 23, 2024, at 11.30.
The highest bid may be communicated to other bidders, who will then be given the opportunity to increase their bid within a short period determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose the identity of the bidders.
The right to freely evaluate received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing, and the right to extend the tender period.
