LUMA Energy AB: Successful Corporate Restructuring

LUMA Energy AB is an entrepreneur-driven solar cell company based in Uppsala. Following the completion of a corporate restructuring, the restructuring plan for LUMA Energy AB became legally binding in July 2026.

Peter Eriksson served as the corporate restructuring administrator, assisted by Vanessa Selander. Both are active at Advokatfirman Carler.

Through the restructuring, which included new financing and changes to the shareholder base, the termination of costly agreements, and debt write-downs, the company’s continued existence can be secured.
