JC SVERIGE AB IN BANKRUPTCY

On April 25, 2019, JC Sverige AB (JC) was declared bankrupt by the Stockholm District Court. Mats Emthén, Advokatfirman Carler, was appointed as bankruptcy trustee.

The bankruptcy trustee and his staff are currently working intensively, with the first priority being to make wage guarantee decisions so that employees can receive their salaries as soon as possible.

While the bankruptcy trustee is familiarizing himself with JC’s operations, JC’s stores will remain open as usual for the time being.
