Do you still accept gift cards or vouchers?
Answer: No, gift cards and vouchers can no longer be used in JC’s stores.
You may submit a claim to the bankruptcy estate to recover your money. The claim will be treated as an unsecured claim according to law. The chance of recovering part of an unsecured claim is often very limited. Email your claims to [email protected] together with a copy of the voucher or receipt for the purchased gift card. Also include your name and full address in the email.
The Swedish Consumer Agency also has certain information about gift cards and vouchers in bankruptcy for consumers here.
