Background

On February 4, 2026, Moyagi Marume AB, 559364-9675, was declared bankrupt by the Stockholm District Court, whereupon attorney Nils Åberg was appointed as bankruptcy trustee.

Moyagi Marume AB (“the Company“) has since the autumn of 2023 operated a business in the form of a karaoke bar, bar and restaurant at Södra Tullgatan 3 adjacent to Gustav Adolfs torg in central Malmö.

The business has been operated in a very lavishly appointed and well-equipped premises with an exclusive character. The premises are divided into a bar section, ten fully equipped karaoke rooms, and a kitchen, and are thus well adapted for business operations in the form of both a karaoke bar and more traditional bar and restaurant operations (see a 3D visualization of the premises here).

During the financial year 2024, the company had a turnover of approximately SEK 8.6 million, and during the financial year 2025, the turnover amounted to approximately SEK 9 million. At the time of the bankruptcy, the company had three full-time employees and several hourly employees.

The trademark rights for the trademark Moyagi are owned by another company and are thus not included in the transfer.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the Company’s assets.

Assets

The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:

  • a) Inventory, listed in Appendix 1.
  • b) The right to assume the Company’s existing agreements, for example with landlord, lessors and suppliers (subject to the counterparty’s approval)

Reservations

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is incumbent upon a purchaser to conduct the necessary inspection of the property in order to ascertain, for example, the extent of the property and to discover any defects or deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in these tender documents or otherwise.

Please note that the trademark rights for the trademark Moyagi are not included in the transfer.

An assumption of property covered by agreements regarding, for example, rent, leasing or installment payments requires the approval of the counterparty in the respective agreement.

The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies in this tender documentation.

Conduct of the bidding process

Tenders are accepted primarily for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets. The Company’s receivables and liquid assets are not included in the offered business.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit written tenders, exclusive of value-added tax, for the entire business or parts of the business and its assets. Bids must be submitted to the bankruptcy trustee through Love Guve at [email protected] no later than February 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

The right to freely evaluate received bids is reserved, as well as the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing and the right to extend the tender period.
