Advokatfirman Carler is seeking a senior associate

26 Jan 2026

Advokatfirman Carler is growing, and we are now looking for a senior associate interested in practicing business law, with a particular focus on our specialist areas of bankruptcy and restructuring.

As an associate with us, you will work in a close-knit team where everyone supports one another. At the same time, you will be entrusted early on to work independently with significant personal responsibility. We offer excellent opportunities to grow in your role as a lawyer, and we welcome personal initiative and new ideas. We provide the platform for you to reach your full potential as a business lawyer through practical experience, training, mentorship, and networking support.

About you

You possess high legal competence and a solid understanding of financial matters. You are driven, have a business- and solution-oriented mindset, and possess strong collaboration and communication skills. You have either already worked with insolvency cases or other commercial matters and are curious about specializing in insolvency. You are meticulous and take great responsibility for your tasks and areas of work.

We place high value on your personal qualities. You are a curious team player who wants to grow in your professional role and believes in the concept of a specialized and modern law firm. We would like to see 2–4 years of relevant work experience. Completed clerkship at a district court is an advantage, but not a requirement.

About Carler

Advokatfirman Carler is a business law firm and one of the country’s leading firms in insolvency law. Carler is a true partnership firm. Our financial model also includes employed staff, meaning that all personnel—both lawyers and administrative staff—participate in the firm’s bonus model. This fosters a strong sense of teamwork, where we work together to offer our clients the service and quality expected of a modern and efficient law firm. It also means we have more fun at work!

Please submit your application no later than February 26, 2026, to [email protected]. Please attach both your CV and academic transcripts. Selection is ongoing. Questions regarding the position can be directed to Peter Eriksson at 070-545 21 76.
