Bostadsrättsföreningen Karlskronaviken, 769638-4465, in bankruptcy

Bostadsrättsföreningen Karlskronaviken was declared bankrupt at Södertälje District Court on September 25, 2024, and attorney Dan Bengtsson was appointed as bankruptcy trustee. The association’s properties as listed below are now being offered for sale.

• Salem Dånängen 10, Dånängsstigen 5 (A and B), 144 63 Rönninge, with an assessed value of SEK 6,334,000, of which the building value is SEK 4,800,000 and the land value is SEK 1,534,000,

• Salem Dånängen 11, Dånängsstigen 7 (A and B), 144 63 Rönninge, with an assessed value of SEK 6,110,000, of which the building value is SEK 4,800,000 and the land value is SEK 1,310,000,
• Salem Dånängen 12, Dånängsstigen 3 (A and B), 144 63 Rönninge, with an assessed value of SEK 5,827,000, of which the building value is SEK 4,800,000 and the land value is SEK 1,310,000,

• Salem Dånängen 13, Dånängsstigen 1 (A and B), 114 63 Rönninge, with an assessed value of SEK 6,007,000, of which the building value is SEK 4,800,000 and the land value is SEK 1,207,000,

• Salem Dånängen 14, Dånängsstigen 2 (A and B), 114 63 Rönninge, with a building value of SEK 4,800,000 and a land value of SEK 1,552,000, and

• Salem Uttringe 1:301, Dånängsstigen 4 (A and B), 114 63 Rönninge, with an assessed value of SEK 6,438,000, of which the building value is SEK 4,800,000 and the land value is SEK 1,638,000.

The properties are developed with a total of six (6) semi-detached buildings, comprising twelve (12) residential apartments. Three (3) of the residential apartments are held as tenant-owned units and are occupied. Upon sale, these tenant-owned units will be converted into rental units.

Bids are primarily accepted for all of the association’s properties and secondarily for individual properties.
