Aktiebolaget Grimerus in liquidation, 556509-5287, in bankruptcy

Background

The company operates a seasonal business consisting of café and ice cream sales. The business is operated from leased premises in Stockholm, Västgötagatan 22.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the business and its assets.

The Business and Its Assets

The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:

a. Fixtures, fittings, etc., mainly listed in Appendix 1

b. The right to assume the company’s existing agreements, e.g. leasing and rental agreements (subject to the counterparty’s approval)

Reservations

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is incumbent upon a purchaser to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the scope of the property and to detect any defects and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate provides no warranties regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this tender documentation or otherwise.

The bankruptcy estate provides no warranties regarding a purchaser’s ability to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights is at the purchaser’s risk.

A takeover of property covered by agreements relating to, for example, rent, leasing or instalment payments requires the approval of the counterparty to the respective agreement.

Conduct of the Bidding Process

Tenders are primarily invited for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets. Written tenders, excluding VAT, regarding the business or parts of the business/assets, must be received by the bankruptcy administration, through associate lawyer Moa Nilsson, at [email protected] no later than May 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

The highest bid may be communicated to the other bidders, who will then be given the opportunity to increase their bid within a shorter period determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose who has submitted bids.

The right of free consideration of received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing, as well as the right to extend the tender period.

Enquiries regarding the business are answered by bankruptcy administrator Moa Nilsson, [email protected], 072-648 97 10.
