Background

Leanderson Artrocenter AB, 556977-3921, was declared bankrupt on March 12, 2025. Leanderson Artrocenter AB has been providing specialist care in the form of hand surgery and orthopedic outpatient services from premises in Norrmalm, Stockholm, under the name “Artrocenter”.

The company has operated for several years, but since 2022 as a subcontractor for Led och Rygg Centralen Sverige AB, which until early February 2025 held an agreement with Region Stockholm regarding specialized orthopedics and hand surgery care choice. Consequently, the company had no direct agreement with Region Stockholm at the time of the bankruptcy.

At the time of the bankruptcy, the company’s operations were ongoing. The company has approximately 15 employees, some of whom are part-time. The company’s operations were conducted in leased premises at Ingemarsgatan 2 in Stockholm. The premises have been adapted for the company’s operations, including a sterile operating room.

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites bids for the business and its assets.

The Business and Its Assets

The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:

• Inventory, etc., see list in Appendix 1

• Intangible assets in the form of the domain www.artrocenter.se with associated website.

• Opportunity for a buyer to enter into one or more of the company’s existing agreements (as a rule, the counterparty’s consent is required).

Reservations and implementation of the bidding process

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its current condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct any necessary inspection of the property in order to ascertain, for example, the extent of the property and to discover any defects or shortcomings. The bankruptcy estate provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided in these tender documents or otherwise.

The right to freely evaluate received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business during the bidding process and the right to extend the bid period.
