Background
ATM Logistik AB, 556765-8975 (the “company”), was declared bankrupt on May 19, 2025. ATM Logistik AB has provided logistics services in the form of business relocation, assembly of workstations, office decommissioning, residential moving, and storage. The business is conducted from two leased premises in Järfälla.
At the time of the bankruptcy, the company’s operations were ongoing, and the company had nearly 25 employees engaged in several different ongoing projects.
The bankruptcy estate hereby invites tenders for the business and its assets.
The Business and Its Assets
The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are:
a) Equipment in the form of, e.g., office furniture, machinery, etc., listed in Appendix 1.
b) Vehicles listed in Appendix 2.
c) Intangible assets in the form of the domain atmlogistik.se and customer registers.
d) The right to enter into the company’s existing agreements, e.g., leasing (subject to the counterparty’s approval).
Other information
The company’s latest profit and loss statement and balance sheet are attached in Appendix 3. The company’s turnover during the previous financial year, the financial year 2023-09-01–2024-08-31, amounted to SEK 30,348,603.
The company was registered as early as 2008 and thus has many years of experience in the industry. The company currently stores material belonging to approximately 35 customers. It should be noted that the bankruptcy estate has given customers who store material an opportunity to reclaim their material during the ongoing operations. The company also has signed ongoing agreements with more than ten different customers through which the customers are given the right to continuously call off work from the company in accordance with the signed agreements. In addition to these, the company also has several ongoing works with customers as a result of long-term customer contact. Several of the company’s customers are companies with high turnover and thus major players.
Reservations
The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its current condition. It is the responsibility of a buyer to carry out the necessary inspection of the property for the purpose of clarifying, for example, the scope of the property and to detect any faults or deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this tender document or otherwise.
The bankruptcy estate provides no guarantees regarding the possibilities for a buyer to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights takes place at the buyer’s risk.
A takeover of property covered by agreements regarding, e.g., rent, leasing, or installment payments requires the approval of the counterparty in the respective agreement.
Conduct of the Bidding Process
Tenders are primarily accepted for the entire business and secondarily for parts of the business and its assets.
Written tenders, excluding value-added tax, regarding the business or parts of the business/assets, must be received by the bankruptcy trustee through Attorney Cornelia Berggren at [email protected] no later than June 4, 2025, at 12:00.
The highest bid may be communicated to other bidders who will be given the opportunity to increase their bid within a shorter period of time determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose who has placed bids.
The right to freely evaluate received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business while the tender process is ongoing, and the right to extend the tender period.
